RFA3318/3328 UWB PHY
RFA3318 is a UWB PHY Transceiver. RFA3328 is an UWB PHY SOC, a future release integrated with an ARM Cortex-M family 32 Bit processor. Both are for battery powered low power FiRa applications.

- Supports 2-way ranging, TDoA and PDoA location schemes

- Supports enhanced Time-of-Flight security modes
- Integrated HW AES and fully support Scrambled Timestamp Sequence STS compliant to NIST SP 800-90A
- Worldwide UWB Radio Regulatory compliance
- Low power consumption
- Data rates of 850 kbps, 6.8Mbps and 27Mbps.
- Packet length from zero to 1023 bytes.
- Custom modes to support ultra-short frame lengths

- Up to 40MHz SPI interface to host MCU
